A highly professional and well run operation with a fabulous reputation with senior business leaders, CEB embarked on an expansion programme to develop and augment an already high performing sales business and Engage PSG discussed with CEB the methodologies we would recommend to achieve this, at the pace CEB wanted.
They wanted to attract the very best talent in the market and in order to do this they had to have a consistent message going to market and one was not diluted through the use of too many external suppliers.
After extensive discussion and presentations to senior management and HR, Engage PSG were selected as sole supplier and retained.
After fully understanding the assignment brief, the pressure points and the mid to long term requirements, we mapped out the target candidates from the Business Information, Insight and specialist vertical sectors.
From this map, were able to identify potential headhunting opportunities from the identified candidate pools and we set about approaching people.
Engage worked with the internal recruitment team at CEB, and in collaboration we managed the entire process from candidate sourcing, booking psychometric testing, diary management, feedback through to managing the offer and counter offer processes.
We also managed the internal applicant’s meaning we had ownership of the entire sales recruitment process.
In year one we successfully placed over 30 people in their sales organisation and assisted CEB greatly in a very aggressive growth phase for the business.
