I have a passion for driving high quality service for our customers and this is something I strive instil in all Engage people.

My main responsibilities are to be the CEO for Engage in London and the US markets, I have over 20 years recruitment search experience and I have a particular speciality in Sales, Marketing and Product recruitment at Mid-Senior level.

I spent my early career in Data & Insight with Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) and in the Technology and Telco sector with Cable & Wireless where I managed large sales teams.

I am very much about structure and process and expect high standards for our customers and only recruit quality talent with the same core business values as I have.

I live in Beaconsfield, Bucks to the West of London with my wife and three beautiful daughters.

I love spending my spare time keeping fit through running, and enjoying time with my family – my main hobby though, is work, sad as it may be, I get a real buzz from business and in particular the growth and development of people.

As the Business Operations Manager at Engage PSG, I focus on overall office management and ensuring everything behind the scenes is as seamless as possible. With 5 years of recruitment experience in a high volume role I have a deep understanding of how to achieve this.

I have been with the business for 7 years now and have been a part of numerous business changes, getting hands on and being a part of the growth here.

I would consider myself very lively, energetic and positive – a mother of two who have without a doubt inherited this.

Having support staff that can motivate and listen to the team is essential, dancing on the other hand… not my forte, although I’ll always be the first to the dancefloor!

I work with start-up, scale-up and enterprise businesses in the data and insights space. I have worked in this space for over x years and cultivated a vast network and deep connections.

My service-centric approach allows me to quickly build trust with both candidates and clients and form a collaborative partnership with the view that we are in it together, to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

Headhunting, when done right, is a comprehensive team effort and I thoroughly enjoy my role as an advisor, as I see it as my duty is to impart valuable advice and guidance to those I am working with at every stage in the journey.

Whether my client is looking to make a one-off hire, or engage in a retained team build out, my focus is to fully understand all party's desired outcomes and to be the vehicle to get them there.

My work across Australia, Europe and the UK has seen me develop a large and active network of people I know and trust and who come back to work with me again due to the success we are able to achieve together.

Hailing from Australia, I have had exposure to headhunting in both hemispheres. However, the blue skies, sandy beaches and sunshine of Australia can become a real drag, so for now, I am in the UK to cool off.

When I am not recruiting, my time is consumed with life as a dad of two daughters. Who said boys were rowdier? I am a big sports fan, though these days I am a much better spectator than I am a participant.

I am a highly Consultative and well networked Head hunter with a focus in both the Fintech & Regtech markets. As a Principal Consultant at Engage PSG USA, I recruit top Sales, Marketing and Product talent predominantly within some of the Global leading, hyper growth and cutting edge Blockchain, Face Recognition, Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification Software companies, who’s platforms are typically built with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

During my time at Engage PSG I have built the Risk solutions division in UK and in October 2018 I was fortunate enough to move to the US. Now, located from our office in San Francisco I am proactively building a Fintech and Regtech specialist practice across the market out here, with the focus on achieving great success in servicing clients and opening opportunity to sole contributors all the way up to C-Level professionals.

Vice President of Engage PSG’s Asia Pacific business, based in Australia offering a 24-hour recruitment service to clients across the banking, healthcare and sales arenas.

Utilising both the London and Australian offices we offer a unique and industry first 24-hour recruitment services enabling us to cut delivery timescales to clients in half.

With over 17 years’ recruitment experience across the banking, healthcare and sales industries, gained both in London and Asia Pacific regions covering internal and agency exposure.

Honesty, integrity & passion are important core values of mine and which I utilise daily to provide a high-quality service to my clients and candidates alike. These values coupled with my passion for delivery and engagement resulted in winning the highest billings in the London office in 2017/18.

We look forward to growing through 2019 in the Asia Pacific region with a core focus on Australia.

Having recently joined Engage PSG's Banking & Financial Services division I focus on establishing a strong position within the Asset & Retail Finance sector.

With over 10 years recruitment experience within the Transport & Logistic sector, my biggest achievement being the successful launch of a Driving Branch located in the Essex & Kent area, delivering a turnover of £4m within 3 years of operation.

After 13 years in the Transport & Logistics sector I felt it was time to move away from high volume contract recruitment and move into the Banking & Financial Services sector where I can now exclusively source high end talent for the industry's leading entity's.

Whilst aligning myself to work towards Engage PSG's core values I aim to deliver an unparalleled service to our candidate's and clients through being driven, focused and dedicated.

In my spare time I enjoy following my beloved Tottenham Hotspurs but when I am not in the stands cheering them on I am playing football and every now and again a round of golf - most of my time being spent in the ditches searching for my ball!

I have been with Engage PSG since April 2021.

I work alongside Tom Rope, specializing in the Fraud and Digital Identity space, where we service numerous start-up and enterprise businesses in the US.

Since joining EngagePSG, I have been fortunate to participate in various projects and become a key contributor in multiple organizations scaling out their teams.

I thoroughly enjoy headhunting and adding value to high-achieving sales and product leaders, clients, and my teammates at each step of the process.

Outside of the office, I enjoy playing the piano and am an avid music lover.

I assist fast growth businesses Series A-E: in scaling big sales teams. My specialism is more in my account base, focussing on Key Account activity and driving revenue within scalable businesses. I have over the last year, grown and will continue to grow an area within the SaaS space.

I’ve worked on many large UK and International projects that were largely in SaaS based markets. My biggest being to grow a sales team for UK and International coverage – in excess of 25 sales people at a variety of levels.

That, aside my network allows me to be aware of shifts and changes at board level before most consultancies allowing me greater inside knowledge of Senior appointments.

A high level of tenacity, honesty and contact are essential, always adding value around the people within the companies we hire for.

Sadly my planning and commitment hasn’t yet shone through with my golf – I still average an 18 handicap. Likely due to not getting out enough! I really enjoy my football, both my sons are active in Sunday league to you’ll find me shouting from the touchline most weekends. I’m a bit of a petrol head, I love my F1 and have enjoyed a number of trips to watch Le Mans.

I am the most recent hire at Engage PSG having joined in August 2021 and I work alongside Aaron Noakes, specialising in the Risk Solutions space. I headhunt the highest achieving Sales, Marketing and Product talent on the market from Senior to Leadership level.

Since joining Engage I’ve been involved in a number of exciting and interesting projects. In September 2021 I was fortunate enough to exhibit at a leading Fintech exhibition, Money 2020, providing me with a vast depth of industry knowledge from the get-go.

Steve Jobs once said “great things in business are never done by one person. They are done by a team of people” and that’s exactly what you get here at Engage, a real team atmosphere with each individual striving for collective success.

Outside of office hours I love keeping active so you’ll find me participating in any sporting activity I can, from playing football and tennis to representing Great Britain in baseball.

As the Marketing Specialist for Engage PSG I coordinate the development of the brand strategy with the marketing campaigns.

Working with Engage presents wonderful opportunities to manage different aspects of our brand; from podcasts and social media, to events and podcasts.

I started working for Engage PSG Search in 2010 before working as an events producer and later a freelance copywriter and brand strategist.

I have a young family that keeps me very busy, but we love getting out and about in the countryside.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona. I have been working since I was ten years old, and my work experience varies from fitness instruction and sales to industrial real estate acquisitions and business development. I have always been extremely passionate about connecting with people and making a positive impact, and recruitment was the perfect meeting point for both those values. I joined Engage PSG Search in 2022 and have devoted my time since to mastering the Regtech and Fintech markets and growing my network within those spaces.

Outside of work, I donate my time volunteering at several animal rescues across the Los Angeles area and love all forms of fitness. I'm an advocate for both physical and mental health and enjoy reading nonfiction books and spending time with my family and cat, Hershey.
