ZealiD
Client Background
To make it easier for users to obtain qualified identities, ZealiD is the first player in the world to have built and, with an eIDAS accredited conformity assessment body, certified a remote registration process that uses open banking.
A user can avoid physical visits and long video conferences by logging in to bank accounts and sharing account data in the app, then performing a so-called “liveness” check and finally taking a video of an approved ID document. The process has been approved by PTS and notified to the EU.
ZealiD AB was founded by Philip Hallenborg (CEO) and is based in Stockholm.
The Challenge
The business is in its early stage, Series A and through both innovation with their product suite developing a platform in addition to their core growth plans, they identified a need for a Senior Vice-President of Sales EMEA to be based in Germany.
The Solution
